Must-have Christmas biscuits for Christmas festivities

Our Christmas Biscuit Recipe without the help of the Marcato biscuit press, you can either make sophisticated style biscuits, or have your dough ready to go straight to your baking tray with a simple press. Either way, your biscuits will be prepped to go into the oven in no time.
Ingredients
- 500g 00 flour
- 200g sugar
- 250g softened butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 pinch of salt
- 70/80ml milk
- 25g powdered cocoa
- 1 packet of yeast for dessert
Method:
1. Put flour, sugar and salt in a bowl and combine all ingredients together
2. Add egg yolks and mix the dough using a fork. Add the softened butter and the milk, and
start kneading with your hands
3. Cut the dough in half and add the powdered cocoa to one of the two pieces
4. Knead the cocoa dough until you reach a cylindrical shape
5. Take the vanilla dough and flatten it until you get a rectangle that will cover the cocoa dough
6. Place the cocoa dough in the middle of the vanilla one, and wrap the vanilla dough around the cocoa one
7. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Bake the biscuits for 20 minutes
8. Decorate the baked biscuits as you wish
