At Kitchenware.com.au we process hundreds of orders daily with 99% of orders despatched within 2 working days from our warehouse. During busier periods like Christmas, this may extend to 3-4 working days. For your convenience below are estimated delivery times for orders once they have been dispatched from our warehouse. While it is our mission to despatch your order as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee specified delivery dates as freight delays with Australia Post may occur that are out of our control.

Please note bulk orders may attract additional delivery service fees. All shipping is carried out through Australia Post eParcel which is a trackable service with signature required on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection. Parcels will be delivered on weekdays only, we are unable to deliver on a weekend.
We understand that many people are not home during business hours, and in that case suggest having your order sent to a business address. Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order no matter where you live in Australia. Current postage prices are listed above.

30 Day Hassle-Free Returns
At Kitchenware.com.au, we are online shoppers, just like you. Sometimes your parcel arrives, and its not quite the right colour, you got given one as a gift for your birthday, it doesn't quite match your current set - we understand! If are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Kitchenware.com.au within 30 days for a refund of the product/s. It is that simple! Just contact our customer service team and we will help to organise your return. All we ask is the product is unopened and the packaging is in its original condition and is received back to us safely and undamaged. If you would like to purchase a return label we are happy to provide this to you at a low cost of $15.95 for you to return this product back to us. If you wish to exchange for another item, please note a separate shipping fee to send the replacement will apply.
Please contact our friendly staff on [email protected] with your order number, reason for exchange, requested action, your contact number and email and whether you would like to purchase our return label. Please ensure you contact our staff to obtain a return authorisation before returning your products back to Kitchenware.com.au.
Conditions:
- Product must be returned, and arrive back in new and it’s original condition with it’s original box, packaging and contents
- Refunds, Credits or Exchanges are to the value of the product/s at the time of purchase and do not include original freight or return costs.
- Return postage costs is at the expense of the customer.
- On return, your products will be inspected, please take adequate measures to ensure the product is well packaged to ensure it returns to us safely and undamaged.
- You must contact us before returning anything, and obtain a return authorisation
- Refunds of product/s will only be accepted for returns within 30 days of invoice date of order

Faulty Goods
If you think there is a fault or defect with an item that you received, please contact us immediately, our customer service team will be able to advise if there is a manufacturers fault, and what we can do to assist you in this case. All electrical faults are of course under warranty, all of which are specific to individual products.
Goods lost or damaged in transit.
All orders are packed with love and tender care by our cheesecake obsessed team, they do their very best to make sure that parcels are packed as best they can to ensure they arrive in great condition. Kitchenware.com.au offers all customers the opportunity to insure the parcel when selecting your shipping option at the checkout. When a customer has insured a parcel Kitchenware.com.au , if there is any loss or damage in transit, a claim can be made promptly for replacement or reimbursment.
Customers who choose not to take postal insurance on their order accept that Kitchenware Superstore is not responsible for the loss of the parcel and that the loss cannot be claimed for replacement or reimbursment. For standard shipping, Kitchenware.com.au will replace any goods that are found to be missing in your delivery, providing a claim is made within 48 hours of the parcel being signed for. Confirmation of a claim can be done either by phone call or email. A missing item means that you have received a delivery from us and one or more items on your order confirmation are not contained in the parcel you have received. Please ensure that you check your order upon receiving it that all items ordered are within. Kitchenware.com.au will not offer replacement for missing items after the 24hr period for receipt of goods has lapsed.

Changing a processed order
In order to ensure orders are despatched as soon as possible to customers, all processed orders cannot be changed, amended or canceled.
Redelivery Charges
Please note before ordering that refusal of delivery or subsequent return of an order to us by Australia Post defined as a "Return To Sender" will be charged incur an additional flat rate of $15.00 for the cost of return to our warehouse. This charge is reflective of exactly what Australia Post charges us for this return service. The only exception from this fee is if a parcel is returned to us and Kitchenware.com.au deems the product as being faulty or damaged. If a parcel is marked by Australia Post as "Return To Sender" because of any of these reasons and not limited to just these scenarios:
1. An incorrect address is provided by the customer during checkout,
2. Customer refuses to accept delivery for a change of mind
3. Customer did not collect the parcel from the Post Office before it was returned to us, the flat rate fee of $15.95 will apply. If you would like the order to be sent back to you, you will need to pay an additional delivery fee as per the standard charges on our website.
