Satisfy your chocolate cravings with this delightful chocolate fudge cake
If you love all things chocolate, more specifically chocolate fudge cake, then this recipe is for you! A good chocolate cake is hard to come by and perfecting one takes heaps of time and effort, but don't let that put you off!
With the Instant Pot, your baking time can be cut nearly into half compared to traditional oven-baked recipes while still achieving a moist, rich cake. You don't have to worry about the cake being dry because the Instant Pot heats water past its boiling temperature and uses the resulting steam to bake the cake. This recipe comes with everything a good chocolate cake ought to have and will leave you wanting more.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 cup Water
Preparation:

In a large bowl with an electric mixer, cream the sugar, vanilla, and butter together until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time until well-combined.

In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add flour mixture to egg mixture until well-combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Spray an 8-inch springform pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon batter into the pan and smooth the top; cover loosely with aluminium foil. Pour water into Instant Pot®. Place wire trivet into the bottom of the pot and set the pan on top. Place lid on the pot and lock into place to seal. Pressure Cook or Manual on High Pressure for 30 minutes. Let sit 10 minutes. Use Quick Pressure Release. While still warm, cut into wedges and serve.
Tip: If your cake still looks too dense or a little mushy, cook it for another 10 to 20 minutes depending on the condition of your cake.
