Meet the family
At the helm of Kitchenware Australia is our CEO, Carla, who is also the older sister in the family. She spends her days buried in numbers and product catalogues, making sure that our business is healthy and thriving. As a mother of two young children, Carla knows the value of having great kitchen tools to make meal prep and cooking more accessible and enjoyable. She loves trying out new products in her own kitchen and is always on the lookout for the latest and greatest in kitchenware to introduce to our customers.
Natasha, Carla's younger sister, heads our customer service team and ensures that every customer receives the best possible service, regardless of their needs. Natasha is across all aspects of customer support, from pre-purchase advice to after-sales support and commercial orders for hotels, cafes, restaurants, and apartment blocks. She also oversees our warehouse team, ensuring that they are working like a well-oiled machine to provide our customers with the best possible experience. During her downtime, Natasha and her husband are avid travellers and foodies, always on the lookout for new flavours and culinary experiences.
As for our Marketing Director, that role falls to Dave, who also happens to be Carla's husband. Dave is responsible for all things creative and digital when it comes to promoting Kitchenware Australia. With his expertise in UI/UX and digital advertising and a dedicated team behind him, Dave ensures that we're always on top of our game, effectively and efficiently advertising and engaging our growing customer base. He is a family man at heart and loves nothing more than spending time with his wife, their children, and their St Berdoodle, Pepper, whom they rescued during the Covid-19 lockdown in 2021.

While the Kitchenware Australia family is small, we are backed by an incredibly hard-working and passionate team who have become like an extended family to us. Based in Mount Kuring-Gai in NSW, we all enjoy a good meal together every day, sharing stories and laughing before we get back to work making sure that all of your orders are wrapped and delivered with thought and care.

We are passionate about food, and we have a big extended family who shares our love for cooking and entertaining. We enjoy celebrating family milestones with delicious food, all cooked by the matriarchs of the family, grandmama and mum, whom we believe are the best cooks in Australia! Whenever we want to test out a new product in the kitchen, we know exactly who to give it to for honest feedback.
