For all new products sold by us, if you've received a product from us and it isn't damaged, but you've changed your mind and don't wish to keep it. If that's the case, simply send it back to us unused, in its original packaging and within 120 days. In these instances the customer will bear the expense of returning the goods to us and upon receipt we will refund you accordingly.Simply follow these 3 steps:
Step 1:
Contact Kitchenware Superstore to Request a Return and discuss your return options. Phone : 1300 394 833 or Email : [email protected]
Step 2:
Package unused items in original packaging, Be sure to include the following information:
-The order number
- The reason for the return
- Your daytime telephone number
Step 3:
Visit your nearest Australia Post outlet to send the parcel. Once received you will be contacted in regards to your request. A staff member will be required to contact you to arrange a refund if the store is unable to replace or exchange the goods returned. We can process the refund by either reimbursing your credit card, paypal account, or transfer money into your bank account. Please allow up to 3-5 Business Days for your item to be reviewed and processed by our customer service team.
REFURBISHED AND DAMAGED BOX ITEMS
Please note all items that we sell which are marked as refurbished and damaged box items we do not have a return or exchange policy for change of mind. All items such as these will have "Refurbished" or "Damaged Box" in their name.
