Swiss Diamond Premium Steel cookware range is made from high quality cast aluminium and crafted from 18/10 stainless steel and is suitable for induction stovetops.
This cookware is produced with the body being stamped from one sheet of stainless steel, an induction plate and an aluminium core. The 18/10 stainless steel body, is then heated along with the aluminium core and the 18/0 base to a high temperature and then impacted together at a great force to ensure all three layers are fused together, and the result is a longer lasting cookware with an even heat distribution
