Hand made in Tasmania, the Big Chop Chesterman Blackwood Celery Top presentation board is considered a work of art, with wood sourced from Tasmania's sustainable rainforests. This contemporary piece is the ultimate compliment to culinary creations.
The Chesterman is named in honour of the founder's great grandfather, Henry Chesterman who was a pioneering timber merchant in the 1800s. From his mill in remote southeast Tasmania, he prepared hardwoods and sailed the cargo to Hobart on his ketch, the SV May Queen, for domestic and export trade.
Like all Big Chop boards, it features natural antibacterial properties and is recommended by premium knife manufacturers as they are friendly to knife blades.

Care Instructions: We recommend you wipe clean with a damp cloth and only use mild detergent and leave to dry naturally. Spray lightly with vegetable oil once a month and rub into the timber to preserve the superb finish.
